1. General Terms

By accessing and using NovaStream Technologies' services, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to our entire website, streaming platform, and any communication between you and NovaStream Technologies.

Under no circumstances shall NovaStream Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, our streaming services, even if NovaStream Technologies or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

NovaStream Technologies will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our streaming resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any time.

2. License

NovaStream Technologies grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our streaming platform and services strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you and NovaStream Technologies. Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit our streaming services without authorization
• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from our streaming platform
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices or branding from our services
• Use our services to stream illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

5. Payments and Billing

If you register for any of our paid streaming plans, you agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the pricing terms in effect at the time of billing. Payment terms include:

• Monthly or annual billing cycles as selected during signup
• Payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• Immediate notification required for any billing address or payment method changes

We reserve the right to change pricing and billing methods with appropriate notice. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for prepaid streaming services may be issued under the following circumstances:

• NovaStream has experienced a general network outage preventing streaming for 24+ consecutive hours
• Technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 7 days of reporting
• Service cancellation within 7 days of initial signup (new customers only)

No refunds will be issued for account closure if you haven't experienced technical issues with our services. We hold the absolute right to decline refund requests that don't meet the above criteria.

7. Content Policy and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you stream, upload, or distribute through our platform. You warrant that:

• You own or have proper licenses for all content you stream
• Your content complies with Ethiopian laws and international copyright standards
• Content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• You will not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these policies or applicable laws.

8. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to provide reliable streaming services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Factors that may affect service include:

• Scheduled maintenance and upgrades
• Internet connectivity issues beyond our control
• Third-party platform limitations or outages
• Unexpected technical difficulties

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance and resolve technical issues promptly.

Our streaming services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content or data

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with Ethiopian law and under the jurisdiction of Ethiopian courts.

We encourage users to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action.
